Yoga exercises and its influence on feelings of preschool teachers in the context of psychological workload.

The aim of this work is to find out whether the feelings of preschool teachers will change from the psychological load because of yoga exercises. Preschool teachers are exposed to many factors, which are burdensome for their mental health. Therefore, there is a need to pay attention to their mental health. The medium of mental hygiene in this thesis is yoga exercise, which also includes relaxation. There were three research methods used to create the research of this diploma thesis. The first one used was the Meister's standardized questionnaire. This questionnaire was used to determine the work related psychological burden of preschool teachers. Subsequently the method of semi-structured interview with five preschool teachers was used. These teachers also participated in a quasi-experiment. The main method is a four week quasi-experiment with 5 preschool teachers. These preschool teachers practiced yoga exercises and relaxation according to video lessons for 4 weeks. The output data were again provided by Meister's standardized questionnaire and a semi-structured interview with all 5 respondents. The impact of kindergarten teacher on the children from socially disadvantaged environment

The diploma thesis deals with kindergarten teachers who devote themselves to children from socially disadvantaged family backgrounds. It monitors the influence of teachers on a preschool child from this environment. The theoretical part elaborates on professional knowledge about preschool children, and the approach of kindergarten teachers to preschool children in the environment of kindergarten. It also concerns the socially disadvantaged family environment and its characteristics. It monitors the importance of kindergarten for these children. It processes information on the social and legal protection of children. Last but not least, it considers the issue of other helping professions. The practical part is focused on examining the experience and attitude of kindergarten teachers towards children from the environment mentioned above. The diploma thesis deals with the age category of children which are under three years old and their potential to be accepted to nursery schools in this region. The thesis generally summarizes all the current knowledge about that if is it possible to place the children of this age into pre-school institutions and under what conditions. Thesis also deals with providing care, upbringing and education of children under three years, the overall readiness of kindergartens to fulfill those demands and also opinions of pedagogical public. In the theoretical part the author explains legislative requirements of accepting the children under three years into nursery schools. School preparedness support for children with postponement of school attendance

The theme of bachelor's work is School preparedness support for children with postponement of school attendance. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the period of preschool age and its characteristics. Further, are defined the concepts of school readiness, school readiness, enrolment in the first year of nursery school, postponement of school attendance and its reasons. It is described and analysed pedagogical diagnostics, its methods and support options for children with the postponement of school attendance in kindergarten. The practical part is realized in the research the investigation of the possible ways of pedagogical diagnostics to verify the assumptions of the child before commencement of compulsory schooling. Part of the work are three case studies of children with delayed compulsory school attendance, in which are taken into account, the proposed recommendation of the pedagogical-psychological counseling for the creation of the plans of the pedagogical support, which are directed to the overall development of the child.

Initial Education Of Early Years Teachers And The Profession's Needs

The thesis deals with undergraduate training of kindergarten teachers. The aim is to compare the issue of preparation for the profession of kindergarten teacher from different perspectives in historical and international comparisons and reflect and analyze the needs of the profession towards initial training kindergarten teachers on the basis of theoretical concepts and statements from practice. The reaserch aims to analyze the curriculum of initial training kindergarten teachers at selected faculties of education in the Czech Republic, analyze and reflect on meeting the needs of the profession in these faculties and learn how to evaluate their students' level of development of their professional competence at the beginning of undergraduate training and at the end. Research design is a multi-case study. Working with reaserch respondents has a longitudinal character. Methods were used quantitative and qualitative methodology - questionnaire, rating scales, content analysis of documents, interview and focus group. Work satisfaction of nursery school teachers

The work focuses on the selection and further study of factors concerning work satisfaction of kindergarten teachers. The theoretical part of the final bachelor's thesis presents findings from literature review concerning definitions, signs, determinants and theories of work satisfaction and related subjects. Consequently the work concentrates on the analysis of real life assets related to kindergarten teachers' work performance. A questionnaire survey in the practical part of this work identifies the most explanatory factors of work satisfaction. Another focus is on the importance of other variables influencing the general work satisfaction of kindergarten teachers. Levels of current work satisfaction of kindergarten teachers are then compared among the three regions within the Czech republic. The survey results together with theoretical findings may provide more detailed point of view under the given conditions as well as serve to managers with topics for consideration and resposible approach to this subject.
